gmp fails on intel

Description
When trying to install gmp on intel from MacPorts 1.430, I get the following error:
--> Configuring gmp Error: Target com.apple.configure returned: can't read "configure.cflags": no such variable Error: Status 1 encountered during processing
I think the problem is similar to ticket #11800, but I can't figure the solution from that one.

gmp 4.2.1 builds just fine for me on Intel today. Why do we need developer review? Your change from r24281 looks correct.

The fixed has been confirmed to work. Do a 'port selfupdate' and reinstall. Closing.
