version bump to 1.5.2.1. I commented out some of the patches as they got integrated. You'll probably want to test and remove them if they're not needed. Thanks!

Sorry about the delay, we were waiting on ticket #7333 to proceed. ticket #11962 was where the removal of unnecessary patches was discussed.
patch-curl is still included. It's probably unnecessary, but it's such a hairy bug that I won't remove it until some extensive testing is done. If somebody wishes to volunteer for that, see ticket #11962 or contact me.
Elias, feel free to commit the patch I submitted.
