Update icewm and patch for building on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard

Description

I update icewm port to the latest version and i patch it for building under leopard. Now in Leopard, in stdlib.h the deprecated function is "deprecated" ;-) Must remove stuff in icewm for building. It's still available only in 10.X =)
