Patch to update Portfile to git 1.5.3.5.

Upstream changelog indicates that the instaweb patch is no longer needed. I have not personally tested this for regressions.

I've already updated this, please sync your tree.

I think the second hunk of the instaweb patch is still needed as the logic for the second hunk remains the same - someone who uses it should verify.
