odgcc40 should be removed from dports tree

It seems odgcc40 and apple-gcc40 are the same ports and that the latter outdates the former:

% port list odgcc40 apple-gcc40

odgcc40                        @4062           lang/odgcc40
apple-gcc40                    @5363           lang/apple-gcc40

Also, no ports depend on odgcc40:
