odgcc40 should be removed from dports tree

It seems odgcc40 and apple-gcc40 are the same ports and that the latter outdates the former: 

% port list odgcc40 apple-gcc40

odgcc40                        @4062           lang/odgcc40
apple-gcc40                    @5363           lang/apple-gcc40

Also, no ports depend on odgcc40: 

% find . -mindepth 3 -maxdepth 3 -name Portfile | xargs fgrep -w --color odgcc40

./lang/odgcc40/Portfile:name            odgcc40
