1.6 DMG for Panther isn't there.

Description
The install.php page says "...and Panther (PowerPC) as a legacy platform...", with "Panther (PowerPC)" being a broken link to http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/downloads/MacPorts-1.6.0/MacPorts-1.6.0-10.3-Panther.dmg. If I browse to http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/downloads/MacPorts-1.6.0, there doesn't appear to be a Panther DMG. Either the DMG should be put there, or the link should be removed from the install page.

I'm the one who will be building the Panther dmg, which will hopefully be done some time tonight local time (I had advised PortMgr previously that I wouldn't be able to do it any sooner). Because the behaviour of the 1.6 installer is a bit different from that of the 1.5 installer, I'd have to alter the install.php page to explain the difference to avoid support problems, but I'm loathe to do so because I doubt I'd get it right, and because any altered text wouldn't be there for very long.
Thus I am choosing to leave the broken link as is, as sub-optimal as that is. If anybody else wants to change the content of install.php to reflect the situation, I don't mind, but I'm not comfortable about altering it myself.
