Hi,

I am behind a nasty firewall that blocks ftp and I noticed that http works for <​https://svn.macosforge.org/projects/macports/browser/trunk/dports/science/netcdf/Portfile#L24>.

Can someone please update it? I would be happy to, but I still have to get my macports svn bearings...
