nmap 4.6 doesn't build, when ccache is enabled

Description

nmap 4.6 doesn't build, when ccache is enabled switching it off (with 'configureccache no' in macports.conf) makes the error go away.

Macosx 10.5.2, macport 1.6.0, Macbook Pro

The nmap port now sets 'configure.ccache no'.
