p5-algorithm-dependency: New version 1.106, old version no longer available

The CPAN module Algorithm::Dependency is now at version 1.106. This is an important update to make because the existing MacPorts portfile indicates version 1.101, which is no longer on CPAN.

Thanks, updated in r38668. For future reference, we'd prefer updates to be submitted in the form of unified diffs rather than complete portfiles, and we'd also prefer that functional changes be separated from whitespace changes.

Duly noted. I will do this in the future, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and the other similar submissions I've made. Whenever I need to correct a patch before it can be accepted, I am of course happy to do that.
