py25-memcached not fetching (again)

python-memcached has been updated to version 1.43, and the old release have been moved so that the py25-memcached can no longer be fetched.

Problem is that Port is fetching from  ftp://ftp.tummy.com/pub/python-memcached/ where only the latest release is placed. It should instead fetch from  ftp://ftp.tummy.com/pub/python-memcached/old-releases where both the latest and old releases is located.

I've attached an updated Portfile that fetches from the right place, and also updates py25-memcached to version 1.43
