desktop-file-utils-0.15 fetch failure

The fetch of desktop-file-utils fails for me, during an install of gimp.

I believe that this is a case problem in the url, probably due to a project site change. The  fetch link redirects to a wiki error page, while the  lowercase version links to an httpd file listing.

Typo: The  lowercase version above isn't actually lowercase.
