Privoxy is, since two months ago or, available in a new stable release, 3.0.10 (current Mac Port version is 3.0.8)

I've tried out a custom Portfile to upgrade to 3.0.10, and I was able to build after
I was then able to kill off my current privoxy (3.0.8) and run this one from the build directory with no observed problems. I didn't go through the full install procedure in case there was some other change that might be needed prior to upgrading.
