Patch to include a +puredarwin variant so that the resulting binary can run on ​PureDarwin, where proprietary frameworks and libraries are not available

I believe r37447 should have already fixed this since it now only includes the Quartz configure arguments within a "platform macosx" block. Please add a comment or reopen this ticket if you still see the problem with the current version of the cairo port.
