Description
I've updated the portfile for p5-mime-charset (MIME::Charset) to align it with the current version at CPAN. A patch is attached.
NOTE: I had some difficulty doing "port upgrade" from the prior version to this one. I don't know whether it's something I did wrong in the portfile, but I doubt I made any kind of changes that I haven't made to other ports before. If someone could look at it and let me know if I goofed, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure what you ran into, but install worked fine here and the Portfile looks fine.
