Description

When I visit a closed ticket, it offers the option to reopen, but it doesn't mean it. Submitting the ticket results in a fatal error that I'm not allowed to change the status, and I have to change the field back to "leave me alone" and resubmit.

Tickets can be reopened now, afaik.

I believe only committers' accounts can edit the required ticket property.

Fixed by upgrading to Trac 0.7.11 and getting ​this fix.
