The developer of pure requests that we add a port for pure-ffi. I'll see what I can do!

Here is the mostly-complete portfile. The problem is that the directory into which it wants to install is a symlink, which MacPorts does not handle. I'll ask the author whether the symlink is necessary.

I'll keep the symlink in pure pending further clarification. On the author's suggestion, I modified the pure-ffi Makefile to install into the target of the symlink. Committed the port in r46280.
