Description

The attached patch updates scipy to 0.7.0, it removes the warning saying that scipy does not work correct with python26. This is however hard to test as numpy does not work correctly under python26 yet.

The patch files also need to be removed, as they are now included in the release.

Thanks, applied in r46747. I left the warning, but changed it to reflect that numpy is now the problem.
