screen: Disable deflogin option by default

Description
The screen version on Leopard does not support the 'login' command or any utmp features. Although in the default configuration the option 'deflogin' is used.
As this is not possible, the startup of screen is slightly delayed and prints an error message to the Terminal window title.
Attached is a patch to disable this option by default. I don't know if this feature is available on Tiger or earlier versions, so I restricted the patch to Leopard.
