UPDATE: google-sparsehash 1.4

Google has updated it's sparsehash implementation on 28th Jan with the following changes:

• Allow hashtables to be <32 buckets
• Fix initial-sizing bug: was sizing tables too small
• Add asserts that clients don't abuse deleted/empty key
• Improve determination of 32/64 bit for C code

It would be nice to update MacPorts' version, as it's currently owned by nomaintainer.
