New port: makuosan

I created new ports - makuosan. I attached a Portfile and files.

A few notes:

• distname can be removed since you're setting it to what it defaults to anyway
• in checksums you can remove ${distname}${extract.suffix} since you don't need to specify a filename when there's only one
• configure.args can be removed as --prefix=${prefix} is automatically set in configure.pre_args
• you can remove the darwin 6 section as MacPorts itself doesn't support any version before 10.3
• should the makuosanrc file be copied to makuosanrc.sample instead, so an upgrade doesn't override it? then you would update the ui_msg stuff in post-install to copy the sample to the primary name if it doesn't already exist
• you can remove the post-destroot since it is empty

Added in r48844, thanks. There was one bit I missed initially, master_sites can just be 'sourceforge' since the project name matches the port name so I made that change in the committed version.
