poppler: reinplace didn't change anything in configure

Description

Installing poppler on Mac OS X 10.5.6 Intel with Xcode 3.1.2 and MacPorts 1.7.1 with the patch from #15514 I get this:

Warning: reinplace s|-flat_namespace -undefined suppress||g didn't change anything in /mp/var/macports/build/_Users_rschmidt_macports_dports_graphics_poppler/work/poppler-0.10.5/configure

--->  Building poppler
--->  Staging poppler into destroot
--->  Installing poppler @0.10.5_0+quartz
--->  Activating poppler @0.10.5_0+quartz
--->  Cleaning poppler

Maybe the reinplace isn't needed anymore, or maybe it needs to be updated.

Do-nothing reinplace removed in r72327.
