kdelibs4 4.2.0 fetch failed due missing kdelibs-4.2.0.tar.bz2 on mirror

Description
The source package kdelibs-4.2.0.tar.bz2 has been removed from official KDE mirrors. As macports is using those mirrors the package is missing for macports too.
(The build fails with checksum error due an error HTML page is fetched)
The problem can be fixed by upgrading to kdelibs-4.2.2, found in kde:stable/4.2.2/src/
The upstream source won't build due two minor compile error. I address those compiler errors with the attached patch files for kdecore/kernel/kcmdlineargs.cpp and kio/kfile/kpropertiesdialog.cpp

The compiler errors fixed in my patches are already fixed in KDE svn (revision 935010 and 936906). The patches are still needed for kdelibs-4.2.2.tar.bz2 tarball to compile.
As 4.2.2 is stable and 4.2.0 is not available anymore this will fix this port until next stable KDE arrives.
