Attached is an update to 1.3.10. I have not committed it because although it installs on my 10.5.6 Intel machine, it does not build on my 10.4.11 Intel machine:

I say we commit this patch now if it builds on Snow Leopard. Tiger is not officially supported and we shouldn't hold back everybody else.
