rb-xslt 0.6.0 upgrade to 0.9.6

The version provided with macports is fairly old. This patch upgrades to recent 0.9.6

I've testet it by using in our project along with recent rb-libxml2 (#19923).

The portfile is now much simpler.

Thanks. I committed your patch in r53149, with the exception that I reinstated the installation of the documentation files (AUTHORS, COPYING, ChangeLog, README) which your patch removed. It's good to install documentation files when available.
