Description

The destroot directive for jsch explicitly calls for install of jsch-20051019.jar, however the automated build target actually generates a jar file based on the day on which the library was built (in my case it was jsch-20090914.jar). This causes the port to fail during install.

Confirmed. I guess nobody has ever tried to install this port. :)
