attached is a diff to update bluefish-devel to 1.3.7 . Also it now depends on libenchant to hopefully close #21527. Please comment if anything wrong, just new to macports.

The problem with adding the enchant dependency is that because it cannot be built universal, now bluefish-devel cannot be built universal either anymore (and "universal_variant no" should be added to the bluefish-devel portfile now).
