Update simage to use giflib dependency instead of libungif

Description

I believe the libungif port is deprecated, to be replaced by giflib. This patch should take care of that.

See also this ticket #17193. I tried to update the port a while ago, but it didn't seem to work for me when I simply changed the dependency to giflib. I don't remember the exact reason though.

Is it a drop-in replacement for libungif? If not, I'll need to check on any required modifications to switch dependencies. I'll test the build this evening.

You forgot the corresponding change in the +quicktime variant. Fixed in r65256.
