tcl-tls load error

Description

I got the following error when I tried to load tls. 

attempt to provide package tls 1.5 failed: package tls 1.50 provided instead

A small fix in pkgIndex.tcl.in solved the problem.

Is this still an issue with tcl-tls 1.6?
