gtk+-2.16.8 quartz variant produces the following error while applying patches during build. Patch file patch-gnome-bug-531599.diff is appended for the quartz variant and fails while patching gtkfilechooserdefault.c.

Removing the patch solves compilation problem, but resulting gtk+ is suffering from #23028. Not sure if it's connected though.
