$ port provides /opt/local/lib/libcgns.a 
/opt/local/lib/libcgns.a is not provided by a MacPorts port.

The same applies to the headers. 

$ port provides /opt/local/include/*cgns*
/opt/local/include/cgnslib.h is not provided by a MacPorts port.
/opt/local/include/cgnslib_f.h is not provided by a MacPorts port.
/opt/local/include/cgnswin_f.h is not provided by a MacPorts port.

Attached is a fix​. May I commit it?
