I have posted similar problem yesterday. Someone looked into the problem. However, it seems that the problem still persists.

Dup of #23291.
The current portfile clearly shows "Copyright.html" not the all lower case version in your error message. You need to run selfupdate, then clean (to be safe) and try again.
