Committed in r76648 with some changes:
- Removed incorrect -p from file mkdir command (this created a directory named "-p")
- Added Id line
- Made whitespace consistent
- Broke long lines
- Used a single xinstall call instead of multiple where possible
- Installed autoripper.conf.default instead of autoripper.conf so the user's modified conf file won't be replaced when the port is upgraded
- Installed non-executable files without execute permissions
- Updated homepage
