digikam 1.1.0 updated portfile

Description
I created a portfile for the current Digikam version.
Because there is now a stable Digikam version for which I will maintain the portfile, I am not interested in maintaining the digikam-devel port any longer. Therefore you may delete it. (I am not sure what the policy for such outdated ports is.)
I also was not sure against which file I should create the patch. I will attach three files: The complete portfile, the patch against the (really old) digikam portfile and the patch against the digikam-devel portfile. Chose the one which is at least work for you.

Thanks, Jan. I'll update digikam to 1.1.0, and make digikam-devel a stub port and mark it as replaced by digikam and remove you as its maintainer. In several months, once all users who had digikam-devel installed can reasonably be expected to have upgraded to digikam, we can remove the stub digikam-devel port.

I updated digikam to 1.1.0 in r64059 though I cannot verify that it builds, because its dependency kdeedu4 does not build.
