Description

The attached patch updates www/rasqal to the latest upstream version 0.9.17.

In ​the opinion of the developer of rasqal, people really shouldn't be using the obsolete 0.9.16 version currently available in MacPorts.

The updated Portfile is also ​available from my portfiles overlay on GitHub.

The patch to upgrade the portfile is trivial enough, but this port (and redland and raptor) appear to be abandoned. As soon as #23588 is resolved I'll be sure to apply your patch.
