Description

The Numpy distributors have pulled the 1.4.0 release because it inadvertently broke ABI compatibility (see notice at ​http://www.scipy.org/). The portfile for py26-numpy should be reverted back to installing version 1.3.0 until there's a replacement that's supported by the distributors.
