Update xgalaga from 2.0.34 to 2.1.1.0

Description

xgalaga 2.0.34 failed to build because it couldn't find xpm-lib. I've tried to fix this by adding --with-xpm-lib, and at the same time upgrading to version 2.1.1.0.

Out of the seven patch-files needed for xgalaga 2.0.34, only one seems to be needed for version 2.1.1.0 (patch-main.c), and I had to modify this for compliance with the new version.

My version now builds fine, but xgalaga is not windowed like the old version. I don't know why.
