gpatch port installs incorrectly

Description

After installing gpatch, the gpatch command doesn't work. It looks like the installation is completely hosed: 

$ port contents gpatch
Port gpatch contains:
  /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_devel_gpatch/work/destroot/opt/local/bin/gpatch
  /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_devel_gpatch/work/destroot/opt/local/share/man/man1/gpatch.1

However, these files don't actually exist. The port is completely unusable.
