alpine doesn't take build_arch into account

Description
On a 64-bit Mac running Snow Leopard, if I set build_arch to i386 in macports.conf, it doesn't build. See attached log.
A similar fix to the one you made for the universal variant may be needed to support build_arch. The variables to use would be ${configure.cc_archflags} and (as of MacPorts 1.9.0) ${configure.ld_archflags}.
