mpg123 fails to build for i386 on x86_64 SnowLeopard

Description

If I set build_arch to i386 in /opt/local/etc/macports/macports.conf, then port mpg123 fails to build on Snow Leopard. Debug log is attached.

Changing the Portfile to add --with-cpu=i386_fpu to configure args when build_arch is i386 fixes it. Patch attached.
