$ sudo port -v install gst-python

Summary: gst-python not foundgst-python fetch fails

Please remember to preview and use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field, and cc the maintainer. This happens because the portfile doesn't define any master_sites. port info gst-python indicates that it's just a stub now, however, it ought to give an informative error message rather than just failing to fetch.
