Attached is a patch to mail/mutt-devel to update it to 1.5.21 (when updated, files/patch-1.5.20.unmailboxes.diff and files/patch-1.5.20.mutt_ssl.diff can be deleted).
Not committing yet as several patches need to be updated first, for the variants +compress, +nntp, and +sidebar.

I've committed r75224 and tested with these variants all at once:
sudo port build +compress +date_conditional +debug +deepif +gdbm +gnuregex +headercache +idn +imap +pop +sasl +smtp +ssl
+gpgme works but +sidebar doesnt.
i dont think we need to wait for sidebar patch to update. people can revert to 1.520 if they like it. it's not mutt-devel for nothing.
