ghostscript: update to 9.00

Description
ghostscript is currently at version 9.00rc2 (though, very confusingly, "port info ghostscript" claims it is version 9.00).
ghostscript should be updated to the final version 9.00.
In the future, we should refrain from updating stable ports to non-stable versions, especially without telling the user.

I know what you want to say, but I believe that 9.00rc2 was more stable than 8.71 even if it was called a release candidate. (Please see the 'History of Ghostscript versions 9.xx' which is installed as /opt/local/share/ghostscript/9.00/doc/History9.htm)
