qt4-mac 4.7.0 conficts with qt3

Description

r72678 update to 4.7.0 installs files in $prefix/bin while previous version used $prefix/libexec/qt4-mac/bin/, this makes qt4-mac conflicts with qt3 

--->  Activating qt4-mac @4.7.0_0+quartz Error: Target org.macports.activate
returned: Image error: /opt/local/bin/lrelease is being used by the active qt3
port.  Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate qt4-mac' to
force the activation.

If files are needed in $prefix/bin add a conflict to qt3 to Portfile.
