As with many other reports lately, you probably installed Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 3 without then installing the Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 3 Developer Package.

Moreover, there is no mention of a "xorg-libs" port in the "swi-prolog" portfile for SWI-Prolog 5.10.2. Maybe you need to run portindex?

That´s true, after installing Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 3 Developer Package was everything ok. Sorry but it was not obvious to me.

sorry what is portindex? In the documentation I understood, that it is needed, after a portfile is created.... After I runned it, I saw two files portindex and portindex.quick. they are both empty.... Can you help or maybe point me to the right part of the documentation?

Great, glad you got it working.

portindex is the program that keeps the MacPorts ports index up to date. MacPorts runs portindex for you when necessary; you don't need to do so manually.
