error with intslling tetex.

Hi. i am getting an error that I can't figure out when asking to install tetex? Anything i am missing here? Thank you for your help in advance.

This is a problem with fontconfig -- see #27689.

Out of curiosity, why are you installing tetex anyway? It hasn't been updated in five years and texlive is the recommended replacement.
