Description
The current mpd 0.16 from macports does not work on my system.
Release notes for 0.16.1 (released January 9) list a Mac OS issue:
- osx: fix up audio format first, then apply it to device
I attached the portfile patch. This mpd version is working again on my system.

Thanks for alerting me to this update to MPD.
I have upgraded the version well as adding CUE sheet and Last.fm support in r75097.
In future tickets, feel free to include "haspatch" in the keywords when you include patches.
