You meant "ncl executable is not compiled?" Please give more info. Any variants? What is your platform? What does the log say?

I am running Snow Leopard 10.6.6. There is no compile log that I can find. The package does compile without error, there is just no "ncl" executable created.

I updated Portfile in r75337. The update of libpng from 1.2 to 1.4 broke ncarg. I added a patch to replace int_p_NULL, which has been removed with (int*)NULL in ${worksrcpath}/ncarg2d/src/libncarg/ezmap/mapngb.c. I added gcc45 variant.
