Added in r76033 with some changes:

  • some formatting changes
  • changed license "GPLv3" to "GPL-3"
  • changed livecheck so it actually finds current versions
  • removed "distname oath-toolkit-${version}"; that's the default
  • removed md5 checksums; I consider them obsolete
