synfig, synfigstudio: update to 0.63.00

Current portfiles for "Synfig" and "Synfigstudio" are outdated, current portfiles will install v.0.62.02_0 of synfigstudio and v.0.62.02_1 of synfig, however synfig and synfigstudio has been updated to v.0.63.00.
Mac OS X 10.6.7
Xcode Version 4.0.2 Build 4A2002a.
There is a patch that will fix an issue with libpng 1.4 when building "synfig", I have attached that patch.

As to the png patch, the port already uses that exact patch, so it doesn't appear that any action is needed there.

Why is the 0.63.00 source not listed at http://synfig.org/cms/en/download/stable? Get the developers to put it there, then we can update the port. I'm not comfortable updating the port with a distfile from a "snapshot" URL.
