Upgrade sbt to version 0.10

Description

sbt (simple build tool) has been upgraded to version 0.10 (​https://github.com/harrah/xsbt#readme). It would be nice to upgrade the port for sbt to the newest version, as well. Or maybe better make a new parallel port for sbt 0.10 as there seem to have been considerable changes in using sbt from 0.7.x to 0.10 and projects created with version 0.7.x will not work with version 0.10 without adapting the configuration.

I upgraded sbt to 0.11.0 in r84994, and created a new sbt-0.7 port for anyone that still requires sbt-0.7.
